If I am looking at any page that's automatically generated from a picture in the media library, the picture from the media library displays twice. Once in it's normal place on the page and then a second time in the spectacula widget the page that i have showing the spectacula widget has no pictures attached to it. In your excludes_pages function, the $output array only contains list of pages from this plugin alone. Instead I think it would be friendlier if the plugin can append its list to others. That can be done very easily by adding $output in the function argument, and removing initialization of $output. Keep up the good work!
