This theme is released as a GPL theme right from the initial release. It can be downloaded either from here, or can be viewed and downloaded from the WordPress Extend repository.

We may provide basic support through the comments system and on the WordPress.org support forums, but for guaranteed and reliable support please consider joining the themes club.
