			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Caribou has possibly the most versatile navigation system of any WordPress theme.  It&#8217;s simple to use, but there are a few things to learn first.</p>
<p>You have a navigation bar that can be switched on or off, and with various selectable options.  Then there&#8217;s a footer into which page links can be placed, and a set of tabs along the top right of the page.  All in all, a lot of power.  The screencast below will help you to see these navigation options in use.</p>

You then need to set options in Settings | Reading, which will allow you to define this page as your site&#8217;s front page.
