			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Took a while to release this one, partly because I was never sure if I could consider it finished.  That&#8217;s partly because I had &#8216;plans&#8217; - but as is so often the case, implementing those &#8216;plans&#8217; takes time which could be spent elsewhere.</p>
<p>So, in the end, I&#8217;ve had to accept it and just push on with the release.  And here it is, the WordPress 2.9 User Guide.  Enjoy!</p>
